Justin bieber Never Say Never 3D directors fan cut?

how do i buy the tickets? i want to buy them online at fandango.com but is the movie suppose to say "Never say Never 3D Directors Fan Cut" or do i just buy "Never Say Never 3D" or do i have to go to the theater to buy the tickets? i can buy them online on fandango right? please HELP ME.
