How do I add a ringback tone to another line on my att phone?

I have ringback tones on my phone and it is the primary account. I am trying to add some to my husbands phone but every time I try it wants to add it to my phone. I can't figure out how to get it to switch the phone numbers I am adding the ringback tones too. It Just always wants to add it to my primary line.
