What to do to get my girl back?

We've been together for 5 yrs and have 2 little girls. 1st love for the both of us and 1st actual break up ever. All she wanted was space and i kept smothering her about us getting back together. It got to a point that she told me to move on. now everyone tells me to don't call or text her for awhile and she'll come around. Is that true? We lived together for 4 in a half yrs. I still have cloths and etc at the house. Usually if she really done with me, wouldn't she brings me all my stuff and switch my name out the address and etc? And I haven't seen my kids in 3 weeks. I ask can she bring em to me and she keeps denying it. She says, "Can you wait til i get home to see em" What does all of this means? Is she really done with me or what? I really love her and still want to be with her. I haven't call her in 2 days. Does she miss me any??? Really need help. Trying to safe my family I'm 23 and she's 21. I'm a aries and shes a virgo.
