Blackberry applications free with data plan?

I have a 2 gig internet data plan on my blackberry torch, I was wondering if all these Apps on my phone are free! Wen I click on them it says something about RIM and at the bottom "accept" or not. Will I b charged for using them? For example weather channel, fandango, espn.
