Hi i have this problem with my internet connection often...?

The internet will randomly shut down and come back on the next day either in the late morning or evening...When i diagnose the problem it says: Cannot communicate with the primary DNS server(66.143.200.31) im not using a modem or router i have what ever the company gave me it's a local satellite internet company.. This problem occurs at least twice a week so i barely have internet. When i do call the company they say everything is checking out fine on there end so it's probably a small setting that's messing up any help plzzzz
