Debit card used to buy movie tickets?

I bought two harry potter movie tickets about three weeks ago online with fandango. My bank called me last week and said someone was using my debit card? So they shut it off, shredded it, and gave me a new card with a new number. I was printing my tickets and the ticket said that I had to bring my debit card in order to get the movie tickets. I don't have it anymore!!! Is this a major problem?
