PSP won't connect to internet..please help?

When I go to Network Settings and scan, my connection is 88%...I try to do a connection test but when I get the results, at the very bottom it says 'internet connection: Failed'...I don't know whats wrong..also, in the results, 3 things are set to zero..Default Router: 0.0.0.0 / Primary DNS 0.0.0.0 / Secondary DNS 0.0.0;0...does this have anything to do with it? thanks
