Will I throw up on Knoebels roller coaster? Opinions? 10 points best answer?

As an example i'm gonna use Knoebels Amusement Park in Elysburg, PA. I went on the Fandango, it felt like I was gonna throw up but I was able to hold in, even after I got off the ride. I can handle the Cosmotron, I can ride it numerous times in a row and not feel a bit sick. Although this year I wanna try the Twister and Peonix roller coasters. I only tend to throw up/or feel like I am on rides that spin. If you have been to Knoebels, you know what these 2 roller coasters are. They don't go upside down and on the twister, I don't think it's really all that "twisty" Will I throw up or feel sick on these coasters? What can I do to prevent it?
