Will Fandango give me the tickets if their website wouldn't let me print them out?

A few days ago I bought some tickets to the HP7 premiere, but Fandango's website glitched before it let me get to the page where I could print them, but it still charged my card for them. I tried again, and it let me print the other four tickets I bought with no problem. (a few days before I tried buying these I bought two for myself and my boyfriend so) Total I bought 6, but my card charged me for eight, and was only able to print out 6. Is it possible to have them give me the tickets, or will they just think I'm trying to get free tickets? I have my bank statement saying they charged me for 8, but only have 6 papers.
