Toshiba Computer Screen Goes Black After Login! Whats Wrong!?

Yesterday I logged into my computer and everything was fine UNTIL I went onto Fandango to order some movie tickets. My Advast! Virus blocker went crazy and started saying threats were being detected then all of a sudden a fake spyware installed itself to my computer! I think it was called Spyware doctor. I tried getting out before it could install and began to run my Malwarebytes until all of a sudden my screen went black! I shut off my comp then restarted it. After I logged in my windows Vista screen was black! I tried shutting it off, taking out the battery and holding the power button for 2 mins but it didnt work. I even did the Task Manager thing and tried going into internet explorer, but it said that I wasnt allowed because it had a virus. HOW CAN I FIX THIS! I didnt save my stuff to an external hardrive so I reaaalllyy dont want to loose everything if there is another way. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!????? Thank You!
