So after my girl friend dumped me, she said all these nice things and how she still really cared for me?

I dont know what to think. I still really care for her too and on the day she broke up with me, we talked on the phone for 4 hours about how much fun we had but right now she couldnt have a boy friend since she lives in a traditional mexican family which expects her to do all the house work and on top of that she has a fully time and will start school soon on top of all of that. She expressed that in the future she wanted to get back together if I wanted. I told her I wouldnt wait for her to be ready and I thought that was a great idea and she said "I like that". That was Sunday and on monday I didnt want to smother her so i sent her a fb message saying I intend to keep my promise and she never responded back although she has been on facebook. I dont know what to think and I doubt she was just trying to make me feel better on Sunday since I asked her several times if she was serious and she said yes. Am i over reacting about this? What should I do?
