Is Fandango a legit ticket place?

Like I bought 2 tickets from them and recently, i've been reading stuff online that some people claim it's legit and works. While others say it's a scam and they are horrible.So i'm wondering if the site is a good place to buy tickets.Have anyone here bought tickets by them?Thanks.
