If a Primary school was given 20K what would they spend it on?

For our class novel we are going to debate firing the fictional counsellor on the grounds that they'd rather spend the money on something more worthwhile, which is something that is going on in the book. But let's hypothetically say the counsellor earns �20Kpa, and by firing her they now have a �20,000pa kitty going spare. What would a primary school spend it on?
