Do u think this is unfair? ?

My boyfriend and i have a great relationship, but he seems a little too protective sometimes. He doesnt want me to go out with my girlfriends to bars, even thought im only going to hang with my friends. I like to dance, but i only dance with my group of girls. No grinding or flirting with other dudes whatsoever. My best friend will even tell guys to stay away from me if they get too close! Lol i just wish he wouldnt worry so much. He always thinks guys are after me. We are in an interracial relationship, and since our campus is small, many people know eachother. A lot of black guys that know of my boyfriend try really hard to hit on me, and he knows it. I always ignore them though, and no matter who tries to flirt with me, I tell them I have a boyfriend. Sometimes guys will even harrass me and try to follow me. Even though all of these things happen and I can see why he worries, i just wish he would trust me and not treat me like a porcelain doll. And its not like I go out with my girls often- only once or twice a month. I dont even drink enough to get drunk or wasted, and when I go out without him, i dont get all dressed up like a hoe or anything, like most girls. And I always come home when I say I will, as soon as I leave the bar. I wouldnt even care if he went out with his guys sometimes, because I know he would never do anything stupid. I want us to have a healthy relationship and not smother each other...please help me. Am i wrong for just wanting to hang with the girls sometimes? What can I do to help him realize that he just needs to trust me because Im not going to cheat?
